Competition Policy

Competition Policy

  • The New Stage International Competition is open to participants of all nationalities and skill levels.

  • Instrument choices are comprehensive and include Piano, Strings, and Chamber.

  • You may choose from 2 different formats: Live In-Person, and Live Monitored Recording.

  • The New Stage International Competition consists of 1 round. Registration for this live and online event is due by August 15th, 2024.

    • Early Bird Registrations will result in a 10% discount from the event fees​.

  • For Chamber registrations, please fill out one form for the entire Chamber group.

  • Live contestants and online contestants will compete independently.

  • The decision of the judges is final and irrevocable. Judging is based on performance standards.

Audience Policy

  • No guests 4 years old and younger are permitted to enter into the music hall. 

  • No flash photography or videos during the performance.

  • Audience members must stay seated during the entirety of the performance.

    • In case of an emergency, please leave the venue once the current performance is done​.

  • Contestants and guests are expected to come on-time and there will be no late entries after the event session has started.
